Payment, Shipping and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing NEF Technologies for your workspace and installation needs. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. To ensure timely payment and minimize financial risk, we have established the following payment terms and conditions in accordance with Nigerian laws:

Payment Methods

We accept payment by bank transfer or any other available option through Paystack.

Payment Due Date

All invoices are due within 3 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. If payment is not received within the due date, a late fee of 3% of the total invoice amount will be assessed every 10 days until payment is received.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

All prices quoted are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), which may be added to the invoice at the prevailing rate and will be the customer's responsibility to remit to the appropriate tax authority.

Cancellation and Returns

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours (This does not apply to rushed orders) or returned only with NEF Technologies' prior written consent. NEF Technologies reserves the right to charge a cancellation or restocking fee on canceled or returned orders.

Warranty and Limitation of Liability

NEF Technologies warrants that all gadgets and equipment installed by us will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of installation. NEF Technologies' liability is limited to the repair or replacement of any equipment found to be defective during the warranty period. NEF Technologies is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or installation of any equipment sold or installed by us.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation and if not successful, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Chapter A18), Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004. The arbitration shall be held in Nigeria, and the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
